Why is there so much conflict? Why do people feel the need to pick on others, even though they have no excuse to do so?
Gold: You are far from the person I used to be close to. You have become bitter to those you once called friends. You assume people are trying to hurt you when that is not necessarily the case. I am only your enemy because you want me to be.
Tom: Some things are best unsaid, even if there is some truth to it. The only purpose of your comment was to hurt someone else with your own frustration. All I can say is that I'm disappointed.

I have not at any point changed my attitudes or become any less honest. I simply will not tolerate constant abuse of me and those I care about.
The only reason why it took me so long to get tired of her attacks is because she wasn't like this until recently.
I will be kind to people, but only if they are willing to acknowledge it, and be kind in return. Otherwise, they don't deserve kindness and will be left behind.
